MINIMUMS:
There is an order minimum of 10 total certificates.
Certificates can be mixed and matched to meet the minimum order.
Orders of less than 10 certificates will be held until the minimum quantity is met.

RESTRICTIONS:
Certificates are available to religious organizations and clergy only. 
These certificates are not intended for resale or direct retail sale to the public.

BULK DISCOUNTS:
50-99 - subtract $0.15 each
100-199 - subtract $0.30 each
200-499 - subtract $0.45 each
500+ - subtract $0.75 each
